| Programs consist of a 1 hour presentation using 6 animals (2 Amphibians and 4 Reptiles) talking about their natural history and characteristics as it relates to the 2007 Grade Level Content Expectations (GLCE) according to their grade level. Students will not only be able to see and hear the presentation but will also have the opportunity to touch many of the animals during the presentation. |
| Purpose: It is said that children are more likely to learn when they participate in the learning activity. Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary can engage students by making them become a part of an experience that uses many of their senses allowing them to explore the natural world. We can customize a program designed around your special event at no additional cost. |
Prices based on distance from Athens Zone 1: 0-15 Miles $100 Zone 2: 16-30 Miles $125 Zone 3: 31-45 Miles $150 Zone 4: 46-60 Miles $175 Zone 5: 61-75 Miles $200 Zone 6: 76-90 Miles $225 Zone 7: 91-110 Miles $275 For each additional hour add $50 to above prices. Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary will be open for in-park field trips beginning in May 2008.
